Snow!

Well, it seems that Flick loves the snow as much as Dante. They keep going out, zooming around and coming in covered with snow. I towel them off, they warm up and then do it all over again! I am glad they are having so much fun. I wish I had a video camera to record the action.

I took Flick to work with me yesterday and he did great. He was friendly to everyone and got lots of attention. Our UPS man really liked him. He rode in the car fine. Now I have doggie nose prints on the window. Oh, well. Lisa.

Flick returns

This is Ken and Lisa. We were Flick's foster parents in 2006 and he has returned to us for a while. He settled in like he never left. Dante (sheltie) and Flick were always great friends and spend a lot of time running together in the yard. Flick is nice to the cat Barkley as well. He had to be corrected not to chase Barkley a few times at first, but now he is fine. Flick is potty trained and is eating well. He loves petting!

Flick in 2006

When Flick first came to Nashville, he was my foster for a short while. What a joyful boy! He was right off the track, full of life and energy, and he ran like the wind. He was just 5 1/2 years old in these pictures, and he's 9 now. I know these pictures don't reflect him today, but I thought anyone looking at Flick would like to see him in his younger years.

He was definitely a foster that left many happy memories.
